Warranty
At QUOC, we stand by the quality of our products. If a defect occurs due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace your shoes or parts free of charge. Our One-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, as well as component failure under normal use, including parts such as dials or heel pads.
What's not covered
Damage caused by crashes, accidents, or cycling incidents; general wear and tear from regular use; or damage due to improper care, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
No repair service — but we can help
We don't currently offer a repair service, but we're happy to recommend suitable self-repair solutions to extend the lifespan of your shoes. Send us detailed images of the damage and we'll provide guidance and product recommendations.
